Peer-to-peer parenting sessions

We offer free training and resources to help schools (or other organisation) set up a Parenting Circle peer to peer support group.

Our reflective and supportive training equips school staff (SENDCOs, teachers, FLOs, teaching assistants) to run a short series of guided discussion groups. The sessions support parents to think about many aspects of parenting including;

• Positive relationships

• Boundary setting

• Play

• Managing conflict.

The sessions can be tailored for the needs of different age-groups and different group dynamics.

On completion of the guided sessions, parents can be encouraged to maintain their peer-group as a valuable support network.
